Normal listing: Guest room with access to the guest’s private bathroom - plus kitchen, dining room, 2 balconies and living room shared with host who is often away. If I’m home, happy to make a cup of tea and have a chat. 130 sqm flat in a quiet neighbourhood near the gay beach and the city centre can be reached by a short ride with bike, bus or s-train. The 12 sqm guest room has a convertible sofa/double size bed with top mattress which is as comfortable as a normal bed. Newly refurbished flat. On request the whole place can be booked for 2 persons. Easy access to the airport. Local station shuttle can be arranged. car rental optional.
