1. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. 2. Persons other than members of the guest group may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. 3. All units are private property; owners and/or agency are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that may occur while on the premises or in their facilities. The owners/agency is not responsible for loss of personal items or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests will expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from the use of the premises or those they invite to use them. 4. Please keep the property and all furniture in good condition. 5. Use appliances only for their intended purpose. 6. Pets are not allowed. 7. The apartment is in a residential building, please respect the neighbors and try not to make too much noise between 11pm and 8am. 8. Cleaning: There is no daily cleaning or maid service and these services are not included in the rental price. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. Clean sheets and towels (one set per person) are available to guests during their stay in the apartment. We do not allow towels or sheets to be taken from the apartment. 9. Toilets: PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING other than toilet paper. NO feminine products or diapers are to be flushed down the toilet. If feminine products are found to clog the septic system, you may be liable for damages. 10. GARBAGE: There are garbage bins on the left-hand side of the elevator. For everyone's comfort and hygiene, DO NOT LEAVE garbage bags or bottles inside the building or on the sidewalk.
