A splendid example of art deco style, this building is strategically located in the downtown area and is a perfect pied-à-terre to move around walking or with any of the multiple options public transportation offers. Declared as a historic legacy and book reviewed, it stands majestic on an extended sidewalk slightly removed from Callao Ave. All around are cool cafés and restaurants. The apartment is on the 8th floor has a balcony all around, offering an impressive 180 degrees view of the city.
There are two bedrooms, each with its own air conditioner: one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is one bathroom and an extra person could use the living room couch. All large windows have double glass for sound isolation. The kitchen is prepared for cooking light meals for 6 people and a dish washer is included. A very special place, decorated with unique furniture is not prepared for hyperkinetic kids or large gatherings.
