Located atop Lomita Estates just 1.25 miles northwest of the historic Sonoma Plaza, this wonderful retreat features everything you'll need for a long weekend or even longer family get together. Views, and stunning scenery greet you from every angle. Nestled at the top of the city, there are only trees, vineyards, birdlife, and foliage to stare at on a 1/2 acre.

Welcome to our wonderful Sonoma Retreat. We have owned this property for 2 years, but are just now making it available for rentals as we wanted to make sure it was 100% up to our standards. Our goal is to provide you with an amazing experience from the time you book until you return home.

The property is located on 1/2 acre at the top of a cul de sac in a very nice neighborhood. Homes are not on top of each other and because of the 1000+ acre hillside winery behind us you are looking out into gorgeous views instead of someone else's backyard.

The house has been equipped for folks to enjoy being on-site all day. It has everything you'd need: linens, towels, pool loungers, umbrellas. Inside you'll find several living spaces where you can enjoy some quiet time, catch up on movies, enjoy a fire or take a mid-day nap.

While this is a new vacation rental, we have more than 7 years short term rental experience earning hundreds of 5-star ratings on various platforms.

You have 100% access to the property with no one else being on site.

We are experienced Superhosts. We've tried to think of everything you'd need. We are available via a quick text, phone call or even FaceTime. Our onsite book covers 98% of the questions that might come up, but guests can certainly reach out if something is amiss. We have local resources as well who could stop by should you need a more hands-on solution.
