Located in the Foncillon district, away from prying eyes and just a stone's throw from the shops and the beaches of Le Chay and Foncillon, this landmark villa of 1950s architecture will seduce you with its contemporary layout, comfort and private heated pool (29°c) measuring 8m x 4m - flat bottom 1.5m.
Its construction on stilts offers generous space for relaxation and outdoor living.
The accommodation can accommodate 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children) and has two bedrooms with double beds, one of which can be separated into two 80cm single beds.
The kitchen on the ground floor opens directly onto the terrace and pool. Fully equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven, pyrolysis oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). A gas plancha is available for grilling.
A shower room with shower, vanity unit and corner toilet completes the villa's layout, as does a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and double sinks.
Separate WC on ground floor.
You can relax in the sun on the poolside terrace (4 sun loungers, deckchair, armchairs, garden table and chairs).
