A 3-star, listed furnished villa of approximately 70 m2 with a private pool heated to between 26° and 28°, with no overlooking views of the pool or terrace. 5 minutes from Île d’Oléron and Marennes Beach Living room with 107 cm TV, sofa, and bathroom (shower). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to prepare even elaborate meals. 2 bedrooms: 1 with a 140-bed and 1 with a 160-bed (bed linens provided). Terrace with patio furniture, barbecue, and lounge chairs. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Heated pool from May through early October. Bicycles available for loan on-site. 4 parking spaces on the enclosed property (electric gate with remote control). No pets allowed

The island of Oléron and its beaches, Fort Boyard, the towns of Rochefort and La Rochelle (aquarium), La Palmyre zoo etc.... And an exceptional restaurant address where the community will be warmly welcomed by the two men who run this dream place, where I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time. It's a bit of a drive (20 to 30 minutes by car), but well worth it if you like "classy" places.

Thanks to Jean-Marc for his excellent welcome! You can go there with your eyes closed, a superb villa in a beautiful setting with a heated pool. All the equipment is available (barbecue, plancha, ...). With family or friends, you will be delighted.
