At 100 meters you have a supermarket and gas station. The bus stop is under the building and in 5 minutes you will be on the peninsula where the bars and restaurants, the port and the beach are. At 700 meters is the mansa beach with its paradores. The shopping and casinos are 20 minutes walk away! You have a bike path that will make your stay exceptional as well as several green spaces.
