Comfortable room in shared apartment in downtown area

We want you to feel at home, here you will not have a time limit to arrive, you can come and go as many times as you want. No noise is allowed from Monday to Thursday and Sundays after 10pm to keep the peace in the space, so Fridays and Saturdays we can have meetings to get to know each other better and have a good time.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment, 3 cats live here, they are very friendly with people, but with animals they get restless. Their names are Mica, Hannah and Quinoa...

Here you can have visitors within the hours in which noise is allowed inside the apartment, if someone stays to sleep you can do it but you have to pay an additional cost for the night.

Inside the apartment you should try to leave your shoes at the entrance, keep the living area clean, without things thrown away, and cleaning what you dirty, clean dishes in the kitchen, etc.

We are pro-nature so we ask you to separate the garbage, as we do it here so we can take it to recycle.

The rest of the things you want to do are allowed, feel free to ask us anything, we are very open minded people :)
