Romanic Zone, Zenith 601, 2 Balconies w/ Views, Lux Rooftop Pool/Spa

This is a great place to stay. It's in the center of old town, modern and clean. Has great views and you can walk to anything. Matthew responded quickly to any questions we had. Host gets 5 stars as well as the place. Enjoy your stay.

From my arrival in Puerto Vallarta to my departure, everything went smoothly. Matthew's concierge, Pablo, coordinated with my arrival time to meet me at the condo to present me with keys. He explained all the particulars of the apartment, and then offered tips on the area. The condo itself is located right in one of the main gay areas, ideal for shopping, dining, cruising (if you like). It is a short walk to the malecon, PV's beach boardwalk, and the gay beach. It is a perfect "walking" location. To my wallet's detriment, it is also located near to art galleries and clothing boutiques (but that isn't a complaint!). I came home with some lovely momentos. The building staff were helpful and pleasant. It is exactly as it was described. Matthew is the ideal host. I'd give him and the condo more stars if that were possible. He went above and beyond to answer questions, offer guidance, and connect me with people who might help in my search for a property of my own. In the end, I decided that this isn't the time for me to make a foreign investment in beach property, despite having found a lovely condo in the same building. I can't recommend Romanic Zone strongly enough.
