Nice and new Studio apartment with living area and sleeping area. For short periods I do the following type of hospitality: I sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and use the hall closet and to the client I give the Sleeping Area with closet, bedside tables and chest of drawers at his disposal. The Studio has all the comforts, very close to the Fair and a few minutes by bus from the Old Town and the Train Station.
Convenient for those by car.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. In the area there are Supermarkets, Banks, Pharmacies, Bars, Restaurants and Pizzerias.
