The Reveal

Nice and new Studio apartment with living area and sleeping area. For short periods I do the following type of hospitality: I sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and use the hall closet and to the client I give the Sleeping Area with closet, bedside tables and chest of drawers at his disposal. The Studio has all the comforts, very close to the Fair and a few minutes by bus from the Old Town and the Train Station. Convenient for those by car. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. In the area there are Supermarkets, Banks, Pharmacies, Bars, Restaurants and Pizzerias.

Rocco was very helpful and check-in was extremely easy. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures, small but well-maintained and welcoming. Everything is more than functional for a stay of several days. I thank Rocco also for offering to cook dinner and for his company.

Rocco is a super available host. He makes you feel at ease right away by showing empathy and helpfulness. The accommodation is small but lovely. Clean and well-kept. Recently renovated. With a super comfortable mattress. In 8 minutes you can easily reach Bologna Fiere. Highly recommended.

I felt like at home thanks to Rocco's kindness. He prepared lunch and breakfast, that enabled to share moments and discuss together. The flat is clean, with a comfortable bed, and near the city center by bus. I recommend him for someone who wants to have a good stay.

Rocco is the perfect host. He's very gentle and always makes sure that you spend the most comfortable time in his flat. I also loved chatting with him and enjoyed how clean and well organized the flat was. I just missed his cooking abilities, but we talked a lot about it and I assure you all that he's a pro. Grazie di tutto!
