We can recommend a series of restaurants, bars, cafes, paradisiacal beaches of the Riviera Maya and other tourist attractions that you will only find in this paradise full of surprises and adventures.

We are in a very safe area of the Riviera Maya, as well as close to the most important tourist attractions, but if you want to move to the 5th Avenue or to the different attractions, we recommend renting a car. Car rentals here in Playa del Carmen are quite affordable and you can park it in the apartment's private parking lot. If you prefer, you can also request a cab service at a very affordable cost of $60.00 MXN ($3 USD) to get to the 5th Avenue.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed in the terrace area and outside the apartment. Parties are allowed in the pergolas of the pools and in the apartment until 10 p.m. according to the condominium's internal regulations. You will be able to access the apartment by means of a numerical code that you will have to digitize on the door plate of the main entrance. Upon arrival of the guest, he/she will be asked to sign the contract and internal rules of use of the apartment. A responsible use of the air conditioners is requested, (turning them off when not needed), 17 kilowatts of electricity per day are included, which are enough for normal consumption, additional consumption will cost $5 (four pesos per kilowatts).
