We are hosting only guests that are fully vaccinated against COVID 19 and that are non-smokers.

We are a friendly gay couple somewhat on the relaxed side. We love to welcome people to our home and meet new friends. Leo is a fabulous cook and we'd welcome you to join us for a meal if that works into your plans.
The entire house and back yard are normally clothing optional. We have a terrific hot tub, which you are free to use (always clothing optional). It makes for a nice way to relax at the end of the day.
Your bathroom is separate from the master suite but is shared with any other house guests we have.
We provide bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels and super fast Wi-Fi.
Free transportation provided to and from Ft. Lauderdale airport IF it works with our schedule. Typical Lyft/Uber to/from the airport is about $20.
Laundry facilities may be available.
A refrigerator is available for your use and we're happy to offer you a self-serve continental breakfast.
We are located near Sheridan street and I-95.
The closest bus top is 3 blocks away; the train is 1.5 miles away.

--We only host guests who are completely smoke-free. While we respect your right to smoke, we don't want you to share any of its effects with us, our pets, or our rooms. Therefore we accommodate only non-smoking guests. This is more than just a non-smoking policy for our property. This means non-smoking during your entire stay with us.
--Our entire house and back yard are clothing optional. This means that you are not required to wear clothing at any time. However, nudity is not required at anytime in our house. Please be aware that the hosts or other guests may be nude during your stay.
--The hot tub may be used 24 hours but quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
--We do not allow any kind of illegal drugs in our home. Although some drugs may be legal in your country or state, they may not be legal here in Florida.
--If you do not have a government ID associated with your profile, you will have to provide one upon check in.
--Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but the stove is not available for guests to use. The micro-wave and toaster oven may be used.
--WELL BEHAVED, QUIET pets are allowed but are NOT ALLOWED on the beds or other furniture. Keep in mind that we do rent two rooms so it's possible another guest might also have a pet. Will your pet get along with that other one?
