Lovely, light-filled duplex in the heart of the Avesnes countryside. Recently renovated, this stone and wood-built, self-contained apartment is located in our courtyard, just ten meters from the house.
The first floor comprises a living room with sofa bed, a small fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room. Upstairs, there's an attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a desk.
Ideal for one or two people, but can accommodate up to ********
******** and pillow protection, towels and tea towels provided. SWIMMING-POOL TAPS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED.
Outside, you'll find garden furniture and a parasol. You can also stroll around the courtyard and garden, and discover our vegetable garden and fruit trees. You're sure to come across our cats, always keen to be petted!
Sun loungers, a ping-pong table and plenty of games are also at your disposal.
And best of all: from April to around October, you can enjoy our HEATED (approx. 28°) and covered SWIMMING POOL (7x4m).
New: We've just installed a spa with a maximum capacity of 4 people (extra charge, 5€/pers/30 minutes, as it's heated on demand).
