Air-conditioned room under roof near the 24 hour circuit of Le Mans, various shops and restaurants (Moroccan restaurant, pizzeria) as well as public transport (bus) to get to town or to the exhibition center. Private bathroom next to the bedroom. You appreciate the small garden behind the house. Towels provided, wifi and access to a room equipped for weight training. Possibility of breakfast 5 € per person.

Having spent 1 month at Romain's place on the occasion of a business trip, I confirm the comfort of the room and the calm for peaceful sleep. The room is located upstairs with its private bathroom and toilet and is equipped with a very much appreciated air conditioner!!!! Romain is very welcoming, warm, with great conversations and very good advice to discover the city. Always attentive to his guest to make their stay optimal and friendly. I RECOMMEND UNRESERVEDLY!!!!!

Romain is a super kind, caring host who knows how to put you at ease quickly. The room is comfortable, quiet with a bathroom adjoining it. The proximity of the bus line opposite the house and the tram nearby allow you to discover the city in very good conditions. I recommend 100%!!!!

Everything was excellent, the room is great with the bathroom right next to it, the neighborhood... Romain is the perfect host, who makes sure we have everything we need during our stay. I can only recommend it, you can book with your eyes closed. Thank you again!! 🙏

Perfect stay! Romain does everything to make you feel at home. We had a pleasant evening chatting and having a drink together. The house is very charming and the bedroom and bed very comfortable. Same for the bathroom. Everything was great. I would gladly return on my next visit. Thank you so much Romain! 😉
