We were welcomed by Anthony who perfectly explained how to use the studio but also about the city of Tours, then Laurent called us in the middle of our stay. Both were warm and efficient. The studio is very spacious, well-arranged, close to everything and above all very clean. Perfect hosts and accommodation for a perfect stay.

One of the most complete rooms I've ever rent. Laurent was very careful in keeping a very clean room, independent and comfortable, with lots of information to get around by car or bicycle, and the provided amenities made it very practical too. I will happily return to Tours and stay here.

This was a super convenient place to stay. We rented a car and parking was directly behind the building (so we didn't have to search for a spot). The apartment is walking distance from everything you want to see and do in Tours. Laurent was easy to deal with and was very responsive. The apartment had everything we needed.

Just as the description says, this is a quiet and clean studio apartment within walking distance to the town center, perfect for short or long term stays. Laurent provides all the information you need for your stay, from restaurants to transportation. The apartment conveniently located within driving distance to see the Val de Loire castles.
