The space The apartment has 1 big bedroom, 1 bathroom, open space Kitchen and living area as you can see from the Pics. The Brand new Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils (oven, dish washer, nespresso coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster and so on). Living Space has a sofa bed (160*200), 55inch TV & Wifi. TV has Netflix, Zatoo and YouTube app and you can use the guest profile - you can also add additional app if you like. Bathroom has all what you need, including the washing machine, hairdryer, towels and so on. Bedroom comes with a King Size European bed (160cm x 200cm), a large closet and drawers.

PLS NOTE: I keep my personal belongings in the flat (ie clothes, toiletries or dry food). I do provide towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and body cream.

Guest access You can access the skiroom based on the ground floor - Ski room can be accessed both from outside and inside the building. pls note that ski boots aren't allowed in the apartment or building in general.

Other things to note PLS Note that the Apartment is less than 50mt from Flims Bergbahnen and the Apres Ski places (Legna & Tenda Bar). The slope that takes you down to Flims ends 5mt away from the Building.
