It features a main room with a top-of-the-range sofa-bed (18cm-thick orthopedic mattress), a fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob and combined microwave oven, a bathroom with shower, mirrored vanity unit, toilet and washing machine. Located 6 minutes from Paris Gare de Lyon and 15 minutes from Chatelet les Halles, in the heart of Maisons Alfort and close to all amenities. It is accessible via the Paris Metro Line 8 and RER D. The Art Design studio for 2 people is available from February 13 to 20, 2021 and from February 20 to 27, 2021 at the rate of 350€ per week. Paris, A86 and A4 are just a few minutes away by car. The apartment is close to the Veterinary School and Mondor Hospital in Créteil (APHP). Ideal for professionals on business trips or in training, students on internships or competitions, or tourists.
