I have a newly built 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome in downtown Belmont. The home is furnished with new modern furniture. There’s an open kitchen with everything you could need for cooking/entertaining. Living area has plenty of seating and a large TV. There’s ping pong in the basement and 2 bicycles for you to use. In addition to your private bedroom and bath, you have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room and garage. I have 2 friendly dogs that will be at the door to greet you :-)

My home is .5 miles to the center of downtown Belmont where you’ll find plenty of dining and entertainment. You’ll be less than 5 minutes to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 10 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to the whitewater center (rafting, canoeing, paddle boarding and hiking), and 15 minutes to downtown Charlotte.
