Cozy studio apartment in my own villa's wing. A Studio with a mezzanine.
The house has been the main station of the city spring water system in the past; it’s located right under a small hill “poggio al lupo” (the wolf hill) funny the farm on the other side is named “poggio all’agnello*” (the lamb hill).
LeCaRaMeLle - The Sweets - ts name comes from a funny typo error on a restoration project plan, we found the guest houses labeled “sweets“ referring to “suites“. From that moment on, our guests' rooms are called “caramelle” (= sweet like candies).
Eco-Friendly: We actively moved in respect of nature since the restoration of the house, in choosing proper materials, for example, not to disperse warming the paint is cork. We chose to recycle the waste, as well we utilize spring water in the water-closet circuit, we limit the use of bleach not to kill plants useful for purifying water.

Our property is so very close to the gorgeous Baratti Bay, a jewel of the Tuscan coast. A small pinewood and free beaches, serviced areas, delicious restaurants, and a small harbor. Bordering the pinewood there is a belvedere and an open large meadow. 10" walking distance.
We may suggest you the "Bagno Baratti", especially at cocktail time.
San Vincenzo's beaches are few kilometers away. Bike north for 2km and swim at a small protected bay at Torraccia, at the beginning of Rimigliano pinewood.
Is it a windy day? Waves? Pick up your car and drive 10 minutes southward, the Perelli pinewood is there. White entrance roads are numbered, with a parking area at the end from where you can reach beaches.

you may want to drive west 5" and find LGBTQ+ friendly beaches / pubs in Rimigliano Pinewood Park

Upon registration, you will see the house rules guide. I will ask for your documents right after your booking, when not receiving a confirmation, I will cancel the booking We simply emphasize respect and privacy no pets, no matter how much my heart cries The house is fortunately close enough to the coastal road, from which you can easily reach the shuttle bus station to Baratti-Populonia-Piombino. We highly recommend taking our bikes to the beach. Indeed, August is noisy and crowded, while spring to mid-July and September to November is a great time of year. We are also open in winter. Please limit your enthusiasm, and let visitors be very casual, but let me know you are inviting someone, or I will release my dog :D Sanitizing and cleaning - In addition to the deep cleaning procedure, I personally chose the best solution - SilverBarrier nebulizer: silver ions with didecyl-dimethylammonium are active against bacterial fungi and viruses. It maintains its action on objects for up to 5 days. Mists overnight between check-outs and check-ins. 15min of misting for 2 hours - 3 hours of storage film
