Discover this tastefully remodeled apartment, ideally located for privacy and convenience. The apartment boasts a prime location that offers easy access to downtown while providing a peaceful atmosphere. Assigned parking is available right in front of the unit, making it easy for you to come and go. Please note that if your stay exceeds five days, free street parking is available. As the owner of the apartment, I occasionally live in the unit, and some of my belongings may be present. Please be aware that the closet with hangers is not available for use, but you will have ample drawer space. Additionally, some of my food might be in the fridge, so kindly keep that in mind. The living room and bedroom are equipped with smart TVs, and the unit has a modern kitchen and bathroom. If you're traveling with extra guests, the apartment offers a pull-out queen mattress and a comfortable sofa. Overall, this spacious and charming apartment offers an excellent stay experience.

Easy access to i4 and 408 means u can get anywhere quickly. 20 minutes to Disney Springs and 30 minutes to the parks.
