In the Naturist Village of Cap d'Age, attractive 24 m2 south-facing studio, 100 m from the beach. Located in Héliopolis K Interior, fully equipped, with private parking space near studio, air-conditioning. 9m2 terrace with sea view.

Inside Europe's largest naturist village, 100 m from the beach, restaurants, stores, bars and nightclubs. The studio is on the 1st floor of Héliopolis K, on the south-facing side overlooking the gardens. A 9m2 terrace where you can entertain your friends. The studio is equipped with a sofa with storage chest and a top-of-the-range 160x200 wardrobe bed with a dynamic welcome.

Ideal even in the off-season, it has a real table for meals and plenty of storage space. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to make life easier, including a combi-microwave oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hairdryer and separate WC.

Access to the Village Naturiste du Cap d'Agde is regulated all year round. When you arrive, go to the reception desk at the entrances department with your rental contract, which you will receive, to complete the access formalities. A card will be issued to you for the duration of your stay: it will give you access to the Naturist Village. Rates 2021 : 1-3 days €15- 7 days €18 - 14 days €20 - 21 days €23 - 31 days €25 +31 days €30 . You must keep your access card with you when you move around the Village. RESPECT FOR THE LIVES OF OTHERS To ensure the quality of community life, the following rules apply: Noisy behavior is forbidden : on the beach, day and night, external musical instruments, peddling and noisy entertainment are prohibited. In the village, in accordance with national regulations and to respect the peace and quiet of residents and holidaymakers, noise and disturbance at night are prohibited. From 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., residents are asked to keep quiet inside their residences and on public roads. It is forbidden to take pictures with any type of camera or cell phone in any place accessible to the public. Prohibition of any advertising with a sexual connotation directly on the sign of an establishment or business, and of any advertising display promoting pornographic shows. In general, any act of exhibition or debauchery, any gesture or attitude of a sexual nature and any organized or spontaneous pornographic show are prohibited from public view.
