URGH Casita (Pequeña Casita en un granero)

House Rules *Please make sure you have indicated the correct number of guests and in the proper categories (adult, child, infant, and pets). This number has to be correct for liability purposes and because we do charge for additional guests (and dogs). Our rates are based on single occupancy as we realized some time ago that a rate based on two guests was unfair to the single guests. *Because we follow enhanced cleaning protocols and because we have numerous rooms to clean on a daily basis, early check-ins and late checkouts are not possible. *Dogs (no other pets) are allowed provided you have read through and agree to our pet rules (see below) *Please ask permission of the hosts to invite any guests onto the property. These guests pose a liability risk, are not to use the hot tub, and must not be on the property between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. *Smoking is allowed on the back deck using an ashtray that sits on one of the tables, but not inside the casita or any other place outside except the deck. *Please do not use bath towels, hand towels, or washrags to clean counters using harsh chemicals. Beneath the sink we provide a suitable cleaning cloth on top of the kitchen cleaner. Please do not put anything that has come into contact with cleansers or solvents into the hamper with robes and towels. This causes discoloration of the bath towels and could result in additional charges. Please do not use bath towels for the spa. Spa towels are provided in the seat next to the back door. *Please do not go beyond the fences into the back part of our two acres. We generally keep most access locked and going over the fence is not allowed. You may feed the goats (feed is in the TV Room), but please do not feed them anything but vegetable matter. Use the part of the fence that has been intentionally lowered for easier access. *Please do not wander into the backyard area of the main house. The main house is a bed and breakfast and this area is for the use of the hosts and the B&B guests. The Casita has a beautiful deck to use, complete with its own hot tub, corn hole setup, lounge chairs, tables, and a bamboo shower. *If you use the BBQ, please clean afterward and put the cover back on. *If you order something to be delivered, please specify to the driver that you are in the building in the back. *Please put everything you move and use back where you found it, especially on the patio. *Burning of candles in or around the Casita is strictly prohibited. *Energy conservation is priority at URGH. Please join with us to conserve our precious natural resources *HOT TUB RULES-You may use the hot tub ONLY AFTER you have read the house rules and the Hot Tub section of the House Manual. Use of the Hot Tub is at your own risk. Please rinse off before entering the hot tub as it takes a long time for the tub to recover from oils, lotions and the soaps still lingering in swimsuits. There is a bamboo shower in the corner of the decking. You may not have any glass in or around the Hot Tub. Please do not set the cover to the hot tub in the dirt. Once the cover is removed the hot tub will begin to cool down, so please keep cover on when not in use as the greatest use of energy is to heat the tub back up.
