Of course you can have meetings and a celebration at the House, as long as you respect the maximum hours of 23:00 for high sound.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms but you can do it in the outdoor areas and common areas.
We are Pet Friendly so you can bring your pets, as long as you prevent them from climbing on the living room furniture or the beds, to prevent them from damaging or deteriorating said furniture; pet fur remains on such furniture; or, leave food scraps, defecate or urinate said furniture.
Visits of course are allowed, provided that in the event that they stay the night they do not exceed the maximum of 14 people allowed.
In general, comply with the rules established in the guest manual.
