The Reveal

Beach House Ive is new beautiful mobile home for 6 people with pool & whirlpool surrounded with olive trees and beautiful see with view of Pomer bay. The house is built of wood and rocks and that allows guests to have relaxing sta yin nature. The garden is enclosed and guests have privacy and secured parking. The haus have 2 bedrooms, bathroom, furnished kitchen and living room. From living room is exit to covered terrace and there is chairs, table and gas barbecue. Next to house is covered terrace with whirlpool and loungers, trampolin and swing for children. Beach house Ive is on nurtured feald of 2.000 m2 which is very nice for young people and family with children and pets. Location is very calm with no traffic. On the private beach, in front of the house, a pedal boat and kayak stand at your disposal, free of charge. Depth of sea in the bay is max. 150 cm. Our Beach is suitable for swimming and enjoying. True swimmers can find the perfect place 500 m from the house, can paddle our boat or kayak. Beach house Ive will have its own pool in the ******** season, as will Beach house Beta - Mare.

Because of its position Beach house Ive provides perfect beginning point for exploring sights and natural beauty of this place. Our guests can come to Medulin with just a couple minutes of driving ( sandy beach, fun for young people and children, catering offer, stores...), and Pomer( restaurants with amazing food, beaches,marina...), and Premantura ... close to the highway and local roads with quick ride to Pula, Rovinj, Nacional park Brijuni, central Istria.... Within 700 m of the house there are several restaurants of local Istrian cuisine, bars, a supermarket, fishmarket, butcher, bank and other facilities . Boat exscurions are provided by the owner. For those who love active holidays the region is renowned for its Nature Park Cape Kamenjak ( 4 km away ) that can be reached by walk or riding a bike. The offer ranges from diving to windsurfing, paintball, horseback riding, jeep safaris, etc. The Natural Park Cape Kamenjak is one of the ten must-see destinations on the Mediterranean. Visiting the cultural center of Pula ( 5 km) and Rovinj ( 30 km ) is also a must. Pula Airport lies at a distance of about 9 km.
