The unit opens directly to its own private patio, making it easy to hang out and watch the beach community pass by (and appreciate the local music from Finn's drifting in on the weekends). The living space has a full size convertible couch. The den (with queen size sofa bed) can be partitioned off for guest's privacy. The cottage has its own designated driveway for parking by the front door that is long enough to handle a boat or motor bike trailer. As with all Casas de la Playa properties, the unit is fully equipped from pots and pans to linens and towels.
