Entire 2 bedroom 1 bath beachfront condo with pool, quiet area

We are in a smaller building that hosts mostly renters and travelers, so you never know who you'll meet at the pool or on the beach. Many solo travelers, couples, and younger families visit for a weekend or a winter season. It's also a place where "everyone knows everyone", so you can feel safe knowing visitors have been vetted. The atmosphere is one of calm and quiet, a respite from the all-night partying in Daytona Beach or the busy-ness of Orlando. This is the perfect place to enjoy a few days of relaxation on a non crowded beach and surrounded by several nature preserves and parks. No pets are allowed per HOA rules, and we try to keep allergens to a minimum. We host a non-smoking home, so please limit any smoking to the common areas outside the unit. Because of fire hazards and to be courteous of your neighbors, please properly discard cigarette butts or ashes. Vaping is allowed on the patio or outside the unit. Please use any use illicit substances with discretion, and refrain from illegal activity. While we prefer that overnight visitors must be pre-registered at time of booking, we allow changes if submitted for approval within 12 hours of check-in. We regret that no additional overnight guests can be added after check-in.
