My condo is conveniently located with easy access to Orlando’s top attractions, including theme parks, the airport, downtown’s Central Business District & Convention Centers, Lake Eola, and the lively Tourist District. If you're up for a day trip, the east coast beaches are just a short drive away. Plus, natural springs, biking trails, and exciting outdoor adventures like airboat rides are only 30-45 minutes away.

For cleanliness and comfort, my space is a shoe-free environment, as the unit is carpeted. Feel free to bring cozy socks, slippers, or indoor footwear if you'd like! Smoking, vaping, and recreational drugs are not permitted indoors or on the balcony. While I have no issue with 420, it is not allowed inside or on the balcony. Clothing Optional: This is simply about comfort and relaxation, with no sexual implications. The key is respecting the space and being mindful of where bare skin rests. Personally, I often lounge in shorts, a robe, or underwear, depending on my mood. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Guests will have full access to the space, not just their room. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the shared areas, including the living room, kitchen, and balcony. Enjoy your stay! Be sure to take some time to relax by the community pool and soak in the beautiful Florida weather.

Tony is nothing short of AMAZING!! You ever meet someone for the first time, and think you've known them your entire life? Tony is one of those people for sure. My room was extremely comfortable, and the bed is amazing. Tony offered up his entire space for me to use whether it be the kitchen, or living area. The cute outdoor balcony is also nice for reading a book. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but there is on in the complex as well. I truly felt right at home. My stomach still hurts from all of the laughing we did in our time getting to know each other. You won't regret booking with Tony! ⭐⭐⭐

Tony was a thoughtful host. He made my first experience with Mr.B&B comfortable. Quiet space, and tucked back from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. I didn't use the pool but I liked that I had the option if I chose to. Tony is a skilled massage therapist and he worked out some soreness. Thank you Tony!

Had a great time at Tony's place. Super friendly and we got along like old friends. Communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighbourhood is conveniently located and very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there!

OMG have you ever met someone and instantly locked on? What a genuine big hearted handsome man. I've only met a few smarter and more welcoming in my lifetime.
