We welcome you to our flat in Porto Rafti. Two independent bedrooms and living room with kitchenette. Bathroom large terrace. Air conditioning and high-speed internet. The flat is located 50 meters from the nearest beach and 800 from Avlaki beach (the best beach in Attica). Near the apartment, there are restaurants, clubs, a diving school, and a bus stop with transport to Athens. The flat is fully equipped.

House rules: 1. Respect our flat as your own 2. Do not smoke in the flat or on the terrace (the designated smoking area is outside the front door) 3. Do not use white bath towels on the beach 4. Respect the curfew from 11pm to 7am 5. Do not have loud parties 6. Close the windows when leaving the flat 7. Always have your key with you when you leave. If you lock it, you will have to pay additional costs (20 EUR) 8. Take your rubbish out regularly (there is a public rubbish bin on the main street, 100 metres from the flat towards the centre) 9. Cleaning accessories are on the balcony 10. Hot water switch behind the big mirror (turn it on 15 minutes before you want to take a bath and turn it off afterwards) 11. If you use the mini bar, fill in the bill and leave payment in ********
