Located 15 minutes walk to the port (ferries to Mykonos) and the beach, 20 minutes from Athens airport.

Quaint and cute studio apartment. Fully equipped. The studio is located in a tiny courtyard building built by my grandfather. There are lemon and orange trees in the courtyard and areas for sitting and having coffee or a meal.

You would have the entire studio to yourself, the courtyard is shared with my family and myself. I will be staying in another room in the building so if there is anything you need I am nearby.

My sister’s aesthetics studio is in the front building of the mini complex. She offers full body waxing and facial services. Laundry service is also available if needed.

The apartment is located about 25 minutes walking distance from the nearest nude beach which is primarily/almost exclusively gay.

You can get to Athens city center by bus and train which takes about 45 minutes. Ask me about my private tours!

Please be respectful of the space and observe customary quiet times (4pm to 6pm and 10pm to 7am). Rental is exclusive to the studio and designated outdoor area. All other areas are off limits. Additional/overnight guests are not allowed unless booked in advance. Please also be mindful that my family lives in the other units in the building. Smoking is allowed outside only. Absolutely no smoking of any kind indoors. No pets allowed in the unit since I have allergies. My sister has cats, they are usually around outside. They are very friendly (unfortunately for me) but they are not allowed in my unit.
