Luxury and Old World Charm in Historic Central Gardens

Now for the stuff I have to tell you that I have to enforce in order to make this home available to you. I hate to have to make a list of rules, but this is our home that we are glad to share, but must have respectful folks who follow these parameters. Please note that no smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted on the deck and an ashtray is available. Please dump it in the outside trashcan to the right of the garage. No pets are allowed on the premise. No parties are allowed and only the registered guests on the reservation are permitted on the property. If there is a need for visitors beyond those registered, that must be cleared in advance and names and telephone numbers submitted. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the noise levels - no loud music, yelling, etc. Please be respectful of their privacy. They have asked that guests do not interact with them and please do not pry on their private spaces. Please be mindful of your noise and interactions outside, in the front and the back yards, as well. There is a noise monitor in the house and any music or loud noises will notify me. The neighborhood association is also very active and they will call the police for noise disruptions. There is a camera on the back garage and over the front driveway to monitor outdoor activity. These house rules are very important to follow and any violation can result in immediate cancelation of the reservation.
