Midtown Bohemian Retreat

Now for the stuff I hate to tell you that I have to enforce in order to make this space available to you. I hate to have to make a list of rules, but must have respectful folks who follow these parameters. Please note that no smoking is allowed. Smoking is fine outside and you must provide yourself own ashtray. No pets are allowed on the premise. No parties are allowed and only the registered guests on the reservation are permitted on the property. If there is a need for visitors beyond those registered, that must be cleared in advance and names and telephone numbers submitted. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the noise levels - no loud music, yelling, etc. Please be respectful of their privacy. Please be mindful of your noise and interactions outside, in the front and the back areas, as well. There is an association that is also very active and they will call the police for noise disruptions. These house rules are very important to follow and any violation can result in immediate cancelation of the reservation.
