The Reveal

Welcome to one of the most historical parts of Tbilisi known for its 19th-century classical architecture.

The flat has two bedrooms, a living room (dining table, sofa and TV), a small, yet fully equiped kitchen, and a bathroom. The flat is located in a so-called 'Italian courtyard'. Several flats have their entrance to this courtyard, which is an authentic part of Tbilisi life and architecture.

If you need any advice or support, I live nearby and it will be my pleasure to help you out as much as I can. I have renovated the flat myself and wanted to make it as welcoming for you as I possible can. I love to make you feel at home at my place and help you discover amazing Tbilisi.

My flat is located just a few steps away from the recently renovated Agmashenebeli street (a pedestrian zone), which has become the central place in Tbilisi for locals and tourists to have a drink or a bite, or simply go for a walk and catch up with friends. Within 10 minutes, you find yourself in the middle of Rustaveli avenue, the city’s second historical artery and the historic centre of Tbilisi.

Just ask me, and I will be glad to tell you more about the well-known, but also the more hidden and exciting parts of Tbilisi!

I didn't know too much before I came the first time to Tiblisi. Getting to the apartment after a night flight from Istanbul was so nice. Huge bedroom, huge livingroom, kitchen, nice bathroom plus an extra bedroom. All nice furnished, old and new. Decorated in a very personal style. In a very beautiful neighborhood. All these cute old houses. Pedestrian zone. With lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Nothing to be missed. Nodar invited me for a coffee later to his place. So sitting with him on his absolutely fantastic patio with a incredible view onto the city was just perfect. Later with some drinks. Nodar is such a lovely guy. So nice, attentive, helpful, quick in answering, easy going, absolutely funny and full of humour. I felt really good with his company. Great guy. I met him a couple of times for a drink during my stay. Really appreciated that. I'm more than sure to come back to Tiblisi, soon.👍 So no question where to stay: with Nodar!😁 All the best for him!
