Our overall approach is friendly and laid-back with a peaceful pool side environment . It is a beautiful place to take holidays, away from the big towns and big hotels. You are assured a quiet, personal space with the opportunity to meet and socialise with the other guests. You will feel at home with the tastefully decorated and cosy bedrooms, and with many areas around the guesthouse to chill out guests can relax naked in the sun by the pool, jacuzzi and other clothing free areas. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and wifi.

Set in an ideal location, in the Algarve on a beautiful site with outdoor pool, jacuzzi and terraces. Locally, there are several cafes, good restaurants with tradtional home-cooked food and grocery stores. Between Lagos and Portimao, there are beautiful beaches accessible by train, bus or car. One of the best beaches is only one stop by train and takes just 3 minutes. Several are gay/nudist.

The pictures do not do it justice. It is more beautiful than you can imagine. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was helpful and accommodating. I will recommend this to my friends who will be traveling to southern Portugal.

I came here on a solo trip and was super nervous. This place is wonderful and you get to meet so many cool people from around the world. I had so much FOMO when I left and wanted to extend longer! I highly recommend this place. The owner of the resort was super nice and welcoming! I loved it here so much and cannot wait to go back!

I loved this place and would return many times. The attention, kindness, made me feel like I was at home. I'm truly grateful for these days of peace that helped me find myself and make new friends. CASA RISA exceded our expectations. Upon arrival we were welcomed at reception to a beautiful oasis of greenery within a tranquil and traditional courtyard setting. We were then given a full tour of the property and the facilities. Our room was fully equipped with every detail and felt it was a very personal touch. The breakfast was very plentiful and varied to meet everyone's needs. There were additional events including an evening dinner with traditional Portuguese Fado.

A great, very relaxing experience at casa Risa. An oasis where you can really let go. The staff were very attentive and professional. Interesting mix of guys from all around the world. Highly recommended.

Spectacular venue and super-attentive staff. This is a perfect getaway resort where you are pampered and appreciated. Going solo I met some fascinating travelers. Not far from beaches and town. Even a couple good restaurants very near. Highly recommend!
