Very nice place and host. Eric accommodated me in so many ways. His place in Vincennes is close to 2 Metro stations. He even had time to show me around the central city for a few hours one night. His place is very comfortable and had all that I need. I highly recommend.

Eris is very responsive the check-in and check-out were very smooth. I went to Paris to attend an event in Parc Floral, which is only a 10-15 mins walk from the apartment. it took me about one hour from CDG to the apartment by train. The place is clean and convenient by public transportation. There is also a Velib shared bike dock around the corner. The supermarket is 5 mins away. Eric also told me where to go and we had a great conversation. I would recommend Eric's place.
