Zisa suite

Zisa Suite is developed in forty square meters in an eclectic and functional combination of design and history. It combines comfort, technology, and aesthetic beauty through a restoration work that aims at five-star hospitality and the enhancement of the Arab-Norman culture that acts as a liaison between the indoor and the urban context. The suite, designed by renowned architect Salvo Schiavo, is located twenty meters from the entrance of the Cantieri Culturali della Zisa and offers logistical support to the operators and users of the Cantieri or the tourist who wishes to stay in the quadrangle that also houses the Castello della Zisa, Villino Florio, Villa Malfitano and the well-known Demma, Noto Pasqualino and Macchiarella clinics.
The suite pays homage to Arab culture through items purchased in Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates while handcrafted furnishings suit the needs of guests and the house, decorated with a valuable collection of photographs. Guests can relax with a selection of books or watch TV (there are two televisions, in the bedroom and living area). The suite is also equipped with a desk and printer so guests can print their own airline tickets. Bright, airy, and practical, located on the ground floor, opposite the entrance to the Shipyards, it is set apart from the street by a wide sidewalk, adorned with planters of succulents, where they can linger.
