1.-Respect is the basis of this lodging. 2.- Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas, never in the rooms. 3. Gatherings are allowed but not parties since we are located in a family area and we owe respect to the neighbors. 4. We ask you not to make loud noises after 10 pm. 5. In case of damage to the establishment or any of its furnishings, an additional charge will be made according to the severity of the damage. 6. Cleaning is done from 11:00 a.m. daily. 7.- As your hosts we will only be at the time of check in and check out, as well as during the cleaning time or in case our guests require it. 8.- In order to receive you in a timely manner we ask you to inform us at least two hours in advance of your approximate time of arrival to the phone number that will be given to you once you make your reservation. 9. We will request a valid official identification upon arrival. 10. We ask for a ******** ******** upon arrival which will be returned to you in full at the time of your departure as long as the accommodation is left in the condition in which it was delivered to you.
