Charming, atypical gîte 49 m2. A small, detached, restored fisherman's cottage set against a slate rock. You enter through the kitchen with its wall where plants have a field day! Next door, a bathroom with standard toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle. Then a dining room with table, closet and sofa. Flat-screen TV on the wall. The first floor is accessed by a sturdy iron spiral staircase. There's a bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, washbasin and dry toilet (so you don't have to go downstairs at night, hi hi). Beyond the bedroom is a large living room with a 2nd TV, a large dining table overlooking the Mayenne and a BZ that can accommodate an extra person or child. From this room there's an exit to the outside, leading to a small wooden terrace where you can enjoy a book or a cup of coffee.
