It is an apartment building therefore tranquility is a priority, meetings can be attended until late at night with moderate sound volume that does not interrupt the rest of the neighbors (10pm to 6am). Smoking is possible on the balcony, not inside the apartment and small pets are welcome. - The income is given for people registered in the app, the guest being the person duly registered and who made the reservation. - The carrying or use of weapons, sale or distribution of drugs or substances or activities related to prostitution, human trafficking or child abuse is not allowed. - Entry with minors is not allowed. - You must have an identification document that can be presented to the security of the building. - There are no additional charges for cleaning, so it is recommended to maintain good order and cleanliness, especially in shared areas.
