AQUADRO VACATION HOME Dear guests, You are about to spend your vacation in a private apartment. We have endeavored to create a cozy environment and hope that you will spend beautiful and recreational days in our house. Given the legal obligations incumbent on the owner of the Holiday Home, the stay is reserved exclusively for the persons named in the reservation. For the purpose of registration, guests will be asked for a copy of their identity document (passport, ID card) with their identification information. Access of other persons than those registered is prohibited. General: If there is anything in the apartment that does not fit or needs help, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items inside the apartment or that are part of it may be used by guests. Kitchen: Please pay attention that only clean dishes will be put back in the cupboards, the same goes for cutlery, pots and pans and equipment that you have used. Garbage: The guest must clean up after himself/herself by carefully placing the garbage in the appropriate containers following the garbage collection instructions. Do not flush down the toilet or sinks, anything that could clog the plumbing. Dear smoker: Smoking is not allowed in our apartment. Any damages, such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, floor, linens, tablecloths, etc., consequently must be charged on the invoice at replacement value. This is not included in the rent. Bathroom: Please do not dispose of hygiene products or meal leftovers in the toilet. Rest period: In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that night rest will be observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am and siesta from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Damage: No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken once. We would appreciate it if you would inform us immediately of the damage that happened so that it will not be discovered only after your departure by doing the final cleaning. Good family man's diligence: Windows and doors must be closed when you leave to avoid damage that may result from bad weather. Please make sure that for the period of absence the light is turned off - Environment and landlord are grateful. The host is not responsible for guest's valuables. Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival the apartment is ready by 3 pm. On the day of departure please vacate the apartment by 10:00 am so that cleaning can proceed smoothly. Pets: Small dogs are allowed We wish you a pleasant stay and remain at your disposal at all times.
