Cozy Key West style studio with private entrance off the pool. Huge tropical backyard with heated saltwater pool. Just a 7 min walk to Wilton Drive and all the shops, restaurants and bars in the heart of Wilton Manors. The studio has a newly renovated bathroom, queen bed, kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and 42" TV with access to YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and other apps. The studio is a separate living space from the rest of the house. You can relax in the private backyard with outdoor living and dining area that is shared with another unit. Smoking is allowed outside only. Sebastian beach is 3 miles from the house. There is an outdoor laundry shed that is available to guests. Plenty of onsite parking for guests, and visitors are allowed. I'm happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, bars and shopping.

There is also a variety of restaurants for dining including Rosie's, TeeJay Thai, Apt 9F, Ethos, Tulio's and Java Joes Coffee just to name a few. Lots of shopping is also available at The Pride Factory, True Blue, Ball for clothing, and there are several art galleries along the Drive. Sebastian Gay beach is just 15 min drive and Haulover Beach is about 35 minutes.

There is no smoking in the room, but smoking outside on the patio by the pool is fine. While I love pets, there are no pets allowed. You are welcome to invite visitors to your room or enjoy a swim in the pool. The backyard and pool is clothing optional. There is no curfew and you have your own entrance to the backyard where the room entrance is located. The laundry facility is also located in the backyard and available for use. No drugs please, but pot is allowed.
