This is a room in my house which I can share with one guest only. It has an attached bathroom. The guest can share my living room, pantry and kitchen too. My house has a nice roof top garden too. The guest always use my kitchen and pantry too. Washing, drying and ironing can also be done. I have space to park another vehicle too.

No smoking and alcohol allowed inside premises. Pets are not allowed too. Visitors are permitted with my consent only. Only gay males below 40 allowed to stay. There is a possibility of preparing meals in the house. Washing, drying and ironing can also be done. I have the possibility of providing transport if it is a free day for me. But the guest has to pay me for transport then. Guests are not allowed to make noises as it can disturb the neighborhood. They can watch TV, listen to music etc. I always expect the decency, cleanliness etc from the guests.

Lovely green place! Loved the outdoor shower. Host was so generous to spend time for a chat. 100% recommend for anyone looking to stay like in the midst of nature.

Nishantha welcome me in the house, and he invited me to participate his daily routine later in the afternoon: walking around the lake. Next day, he prepared a wonderful Sri Lankan meal before I left. It's a new building with a beautiful rooftop. After traveling several months and staying in the hotels, first time I felt I was home and I made a friend.

Nisantha was a lovely host, very helpful and courteous. His room has an ensuite and is very relaxing.
