Hi! I rent a room for ******** and now putting it here on misterbnb!
The house belongs to my family and my mother and I live. Although she travels a lot and so do I, when we are here we like to have visitors! We have a Pousada in Guarda do Embaú, so we are well used to receiving guests!
The House is big, it has a backyard that I love (I'm even crazy about plants), swimming pool, etc! There are two guinea pigs loose in the yard, Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, so I can't accept cats.
The room is not a suite, so you will have to share it with whoever else is in the house.

5 minutes walk from Avenida Madre Benvenuta (known for its nightlife, several bars, good cuisine, facilities such as 24 hour pharmacies etc),
10 minutes from the HU (University Hospital, long live SUS!) and etc!
By car to the lagoon is 15 minutes, just cross the hill!
Praia da Joaquina, Praia Mole, 20 minutes.
