Enjoy the historic atmosphere without sacrificing modern comfort in the kitchen, bathroom and bed. The house from the turn of the century was lovingly restored in 2020 and each apartment is individually furnished. The house is so centrally located that you can also enjoy your vacation by public transport or by bike - in any season!

We pay attention to sustainable products and cooperate with local businesses to make a social and ecological contribution in the region. Equipment: - Galley kitchens incl. refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with baking function. - new bathroom with walk-in shower - historical beds with modern slatted frames and hotel mattresses Unfortunately, we can not accept pets. The apartment is located on the 1st/2nd floor without elevator.

The jewel in the Salzkammergut is 2024 European Capital of Culture, but already now there are numerous offers for all ages, whether culture, nature or adventure. They can easily explore the Kaiservilla and the center of the city on foot, the Congress and Theater House, for example, is only 350 meters away.

The house is so centrally located that you can also enjoy your vacation by public transport or by bike! - Journey to Hallstatt by train & ship 35 min (fantastic!) - Bus stop Salzburgerstraße directly in front of the house - train station Bad Ischl 850 m (11 min) on foot - public parking lot for max. 8 EUR/day within walking distance
