It is the guest's responsibility to carefully read the Rules and Regulations in their entirety, as it is legally valid and will apply without exception to everyone staying at the property. Registration: The guest must indicate the exact number of people staying at the property. Only registered guests will be allowed to stay at the property and we reserve the right of admission. It is forbidden to organize any kind of party or event inside the property. The guest acknowledges and accepts that his/her stay will be only for the days stipulated in the reservation and that he/she cannot make the property his/her residence. Arrival Departure: Check-in time is at 13:00 hours. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the property before 12 am. After that time, an extra charge will be made according to the current nightly rates. We reserve the right to enter the property and collect the guest's belongings after the check-out time to make the room available for the next guests. Noise: The guest must maintain at all times a respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors, and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions and music moderate so as not to disturb others. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. It is also forbidden to have any type of weapon or illegal substance. The property manager has the right to enter the property at any time to inspect or perform any tasks, such as repairs and general maintenance. Cameras: Security cameras have been installed on your property to monitor public and common spaces. All material obtained from such cameras will be made available to the authorities if necessary. Damage: The guest agrees to leave the property in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items. They also assume responsibility for the actions of all other guests in their reservation. Any damage caused by guests to objects, furniture or property in general will be their sole responsibility, and they must cover the amount of their repair or replacement.
