This comfortable and calm apartment is situated in the historic old town about 15 minutes walk from the main station. There are nice views of rooftops and also the Jura mountains in the distance.
The apartment is a duplex with an upstairs bedroom for guests, and large living room downstairs which is where I would stay during your booking. Note there is no door to the upstairs bedroom but it is not possible to see into the bedroom from the bottom of the stairs (and I can therefore assure you will have privacy)

The apartment is located next to Park des Bastions, a popular green space in Geneva. The main city square (Bourg du Four), and stunning church, St Pierre, are also a very short walk away. The old town is full of boutiques and artisanal shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, and a few museums such as the Musée d'art et d'histoire, Espace Rousseaux, Mason Tavel, and more.
The central location means that many of the city's lively areas (Paquis, Plainpalais, Eaux Vives, Jonction, Les Grottes) can be reached on foot or easily by public transport. There you will find plenty of shopping, including a regular outdoor second-hand market on La Plaine de Plainpalais, or department stores along the main shopping street on Rue du Rhone starting from Bel Air tram stop. The newer beach (Plage des Eaux Vives) and on the other side of the lake, Bains des Paquis, offer good place relax by the water. In winter, Bains des Paquis installs some (familial, mixed) saunas with access to the lake for an ice cold dip.
For gay and lesbian establishments you could try the following if you prefer a more casual dress code: Le Phare, or my personal favourite is La Livresse, which are both cafe/bars within walking distance. La Garconiere is a gay friendly night club with a stricter dress code and late night drag performances. Check the recommendations on the 360 website, which contains links to queer bars, special events (e.g. Geneva Pride), other festivals, and amateur sports clubs such as H2O (swimming), Frontrunners Geneva - who would be happy to see you at their regular training sessions.

The hosts took the time to best showcase their accommodation. Their home is now ready for your stay and they look forward to welcoming you as their first misterb&b guest! Please make yourself at home and treat my belongings and living spaces with the same respect and cleanliness that you would treat your own. Feel free to listen to my vinyl records and use any food in the kitchen.
As the ventilator in the bathroom is not super powerful, I recommend leaving the door open after finishing using the bathroom to allow moisture to dry up, and wiping excess water from on the shower tiles and bath tub with the towel that is next to the bathroom sink.
