So, to begin with the positive, this location is ideal for seeing gay nightlife. It's very close to all the bars, fun shops, nice cafes, etc. Now to the bad stuff... As soon as we walked in we could tell it was unclean. The sheets smelled used, the microwave was covered in food, dust on the counters, gunk on the walls, etc. The fridge filter did not work (other appliances were faulty as well), which would have been okay if he would have told us so we could have prepared. His communication in general was not great. He did not inform us that we could not have guests, which was embarrassing sitting downstairs for over 20 minutes trying to get ahold of him to allow a guest up. I had to ask him for all the information (address, how to get in, wifi), which would have been appreciated upfront. When we arrived to the address he gave us, we realized we were dropped off at the wrong place. I get it was 10:30pm but he did not respond when I tried getting support on where to go. Thank God my partner speaks Spanish or else we would have just been wondering the streets. The next day when we told him the address he gave brought us somewhere different, he responded with "glad you got in." Overall, not a great experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Pro: easy access via Uber and public transportation. Cons: terrible cleanliness. Toothpicks, hairs and garbage on the floor. The host indicates there is a washer and dryer on site and there isn't. Laundry room in building and App doesn't work. Can't wash clothes. Host does not allow visits in the apartment. Concierges indicated that the host must authorize visits and in this case we communicated with him and he did not allow visits. He ignored us. We sent ******** messages and he never responded. Terrible communication with guests.

Terrible service. I booked to stay with a friend and this friend was already in Colombia, meaning he was going to do the check-in. He went to the address that Santiago gave me and they told him that apartment number didn't exist. He never answered me. My friend messaged him on ******** at the number we found on his profile, since he said we could only communicate through there. He responded to my friend after 4 hours when it was already night and he was already looking for another hotel. Terrible service

The view from the apartment was so nice that I spent most of my time inside. Check in was very easy, nice secure building and Santiago was very easy to communicate with.

Fully equipped apartment, great location in a very colorful and very gay neighborhood. Perfect for going out partying, clubs and saunas very close by and lots of beautiful people on the street. Santiago always attentive to our needs THANK YOU

This place was amazing! Very clean and new. You can spend the day watching the planes from the windows and the city views are what made it special for us. Very close to the gay area but as we were there for 8 days we found convenient shopping and a laundry mat very close where you just leave your cloths in the morning and get them that afternoon. We felt very safe and comfortable there and the staff at the front

The apartment matches the description. Visitors were unfortunately not allowed. The doorman said it was not permitted. It would have been good if this had been communicated beforehand. Using the washing machine is a challenge. You have to create an online account to do laundry. Conclusion: I would book again. It was clean, safe, and spacious!

The apartment is so beautiful, clean as the photos. The most important thing for me was the wifi and it works perfectly to my needs. Thanks Santiagol
