This is a delightful place, located within quick driving distance of East Bay destinations and freeway access to the City. It is spacious, quiet (despite its proximity to San Pablo Avenue), cozy, and comfortable. The host is communicative, accommodating, friendly and responsive. We loved staying there and plan to do so again. A hot tub and landscaping in back would make it even nicer, but probably also more expensive. As it is now, it is a great bargain.
