Enjoy this Mid-Century Designer Studio Space 1 Bathroom with a full kitchen & a private backyard. Guests also enjoy a large desk, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and fast WiFi. We are dog friendly as well! Located 10 minutes to downtown Oakland and 30 minutes to downtown San Francisco.
The Cactus Suite is located on a quiet street in Highland Terrace, a fairly residential neighborhood. It is attached to the main house with its own entrance and gate.
A full kitchen with an electric range, sink, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a stand-alone shower, heated flooring, a vanity with storage, and a built-in medicine cabinet. The bedroom and living space have a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a recliner for lounging, and a workspace area. The living/bedroom area ceilings are 7' high, and they are vaulted (~10’) in the bathroom and kitchen areas.
Guests have their own private deck that is fenced in with lounge seating and an umbrella for shade. There is no shared space with the main house.
Great neighbors that live here full time. There are some restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
Free street parking is available for guests staying in the Cactus Suite. The driveway is reserved for main house guests.

Max capacity 2 adults No smoking. CHECK-IN- if you are checking in after 10P or the next day, we need to be informed 24 hours before your arrival. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please respect our neighbors - no late outdoor noise. Quiet hours are from 10p to 8am every day. The use of outdoor speakers (portable or House ones) are prohibited after 10pm. No open flames of any kind in the home and no incense. There is no mailbox for guests. When having food/groceries or other deliveries to the Suite, please be sure to let the driver know you are located behind the red gates in the driveway. Free street parking only. The driveway is reserved for main house guests.
