Private room in new residence

I offer an 11 square meter room in my apartment in Bagnolet for short-term rentals.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the Mairie des Lilas or Serge Gainsbourg metro stations, ******** bus lines are also nearby: ********. It takes around 35 minutes to get to République, 40 minutes to Châtelet and 60 minutes to the Eiffel Tower.

In a new building (delivered in 2021) on the 3rd floor with elevator, the room is quiet, overlooks the street, has a double bed (140x200), a wardrobe and also a desk with fiber optics for telecommuting.

You'll share the living room with me (sofa, TV), the kitchen to which you'll have access (fridge, oven, coffee maker, Keller, induction hob, microwave, storage, dishwasher, etc.), the balcony, the toilet, the bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine, tumble dryer). There's also an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and piano.

Smokers are allowed, provided they smoke on the balcony. Naturism is accepted throughout the house. Pets are not allowed.
