No exceptions. ✘ Video cameras record all outside entrances. ✘ A reservation for 1 is 1. You paid less. No exceptions, visitors or guests. ✘ No guests under 18, no animals, no exceptions. ✘ If you need a fix or change, you call your agent, they contact us. ✘ If you decide you should cancel, we almost always give at least partial refunds, before check in, even after. Step 1 is - you cancel. We cannot cancel. It is on your app, or you can call. THEN, we discuss how much refund, based on the reservation we can get IF you release your room. Security cameras/audio recording devices Cameras are only outside, but at entrance doors for safety and security. We do have matching door codes with video. Our check in is strict because it's cheap and we do not charge fees and pay them for you. We will not be careless or let there be chaos at our home. No surprises.
